Contact & Newsletter forms
When visitors submit forms on the site, we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Your IP address and browser data may also be sent to Google’s Recaptcha service for SPAM detection to determine if you are a human or a bot.
The information you submit as a part of a form will be used for Number One Fifth Ave to either contact you and/or process your request to join our Number One Fifth Ave newsletter. Any information and media submitted are temporarily stored on our hosting server while we contact you and/or process your request.
Media
If you upload images to our server as a part of your submission, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Information can be extracted regarding location data from images. We do not require EXIF GPS data to provide our services, and this information may be removed from your photos prior to upload.
